How long will it take for my order to get here?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3.5 weeks of being placed. But due to the unexpected high volume there might be 2-4 business days delay.Transit times typically take between 1-7 business days, depending on the delivery service, delivery address, not including weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. New tracking numbers can take up to 24-48 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. 


My package was lost/stolen, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has left to go to the carrier service, we no longer assume responsibility.

Customs, tariffs, and/or duty fees are not included in your purchase or in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any costs or issues incurred due to customs. For more information regarding custom, tariff, and/or duties fees, we recommend for you to contact your local customs office.
